I'm so totally creeped out about the Msscribe thing that I had trouble sleeping. It's just...deeply icky.

I had a roommate in college that was a lot like that too. There wasn't anything that hadn't happened to this chick (according to her) and she liked to morph into baby voice when she thought situations were sliding out of her control with other people garnering attention.

Reading about that whole messy ordeal has served to bring up a lot of bad memories -- and also taught me what can happen when we become to lax and trusting.
