I seem to recall that at one time, David Greenwalt wanted to introduce Profit as one of the higher-ups and Wolfram and Hart on AtS. I'm not sure whether they couldn't sort out the contractual issues, or they couldn't get Adrian Pasdar, but obviously nothing came of it.
