no recipe...it's decidedly impromptu! just my fave ingredients. the squash is a pleasant find--they do it at my local pizzeria, and it's really good! Just thinly slice it like the other veggies; it's about as wide as a cucumber, so it goes well.

i totally know what you mean about the family thing. my parents wanted to come to PEI with me and garth over xmus, and a week with my mother with no tv/cable/internet in a sort of remote place? nu-uh. exactly like what you describe. luckily, shauny convinced dad to talk mom out of it.
