Heh. Yes. All her stories are like that, but they're pretty much the best of the lot. Most of DA fandom seems to have a hate-on for Max, which makes me sad, so there's a lot of fic where she's horribly shrewish and Alec is so godlike that one wonders why he'd deign to stoop so low as to bother with her.

For fic that isn't quite rec-worthy, but which definitely hits a lot of my banter-and-pining kinks, you should also check out seamagik (she's on ff.net as well) - her alphabet series (both of them) are fun, even though her writing tics tend to drive me batty, and I am desperately hoping one day she'll update both "Castaway" (Max/Alec ala Blue Lagoon!) and "Week of the Cat" (which is full of things I dislike (mating! crazy animal instincts!) and yet I enjoy anyway).
