If you're not registered, please do so now.

In almost all states you need to be registered 30 days before an election -- some may require more time. These links should also be able to lead you to the information about absentee ballots.

Erm.... I have no clue. One of the links justhuman provided might have an answer, or you could ask her (I'm sure she knows more about this than I do; I was just passing along the info).
