I don't really know what to recommend -- on my recs page I just don't worry about it, as I have the stories categorized by pairing. I put a disclaimer saying that not all of the pairings are shippy, and left it at that. If people complain about it, they haven't done it to my face. :-P
Could you use "no ship" instead of friendship? Or would that signify that there was no FRIENDship as well? "Not shippy?"
