Yes, I agree with your comments on the "Smashed" scene. I just don't see why anyone would find it sexy; I find it so horrifying and disturbing. I have no sympathy for Buffy whatsoever; as the scene makes clear, she's clearly using him, of her own free will. It's outrageous that she has the gall to blame *him* and ask why *she* let *him* do "those things" to her when it was in fact *her* doing them to *him* all along.
