It sure doesn't hurt that he's a great stage presence; much as I love Sascha K, he usually just stands there ranting through a bullhorn, so the band really benefits from having a couple of scene-stealing prima donnas to liven things up.

But Raymond Watts was still touring with them as of last year, and there are a couple of great Watts vocals on the last album, WWIII.
I know; the WWIII tour is the one I saw him on.
I'm probably assuming the worst because he wasn't on this year's 20th anniversary tour, plus heroin rumors are never good. But who knows.
