I'm reading these so fast I can barely recall which is which.
Why don't you like Teresa as much in the books as in the movies?
I liked Sharpe's Gold a lot. Very Jaime Lannister of Sharpe, to blow up the place and kill all those people, for the "greater good" (or for his own pride?)
I liked Sharpe's Enemy a lot too. It was quite striking to have Sharpe win against all odds and then suddenly lose everything that really matters.
I had some issues with Sharpe's Honor (I complain here) but I'm basically enjoying the series so far. I've read Eagle, Company, Gold, Sword, Enemy, & Honor, and will undoubtedly be picking up more soon.
