I don't think we're supposed to say at this point, because it's all still so up in the air and we don't want anyone getting their hopes up and then being disappointed. There's some discussion of it over at writercon; as soon as anything's decided it'll be posted there.
I know how you feel, though. I *so* love Writercon, and I'm really sad that it's seeming less and less likely to happen this year. :(
