re Delicious - I looked at Pinboard, and said on twitter that I preferred to try before I buy, and they gave me snarky response. I told them, that's likely to lose me as a prospective client - and they snarked back AGAIN. Yeahhhh. Sorry, that stuff makes a difference.
And contrary to that - I asked a q about a problem I was having w/ new delicious on their blog, and they fixed it. Yes, they're not doing it that quickly, but I imagine they have a lot of shit to fix - Yahoo REALLY screwed them, from what I read. But their attitude was good, and that goes a long way with me.
