Wow, weird. I've never heard of anyone else having that problem.
I definitely don't have any IPs blocked or anything like that. Maybe something weird is going on on the server's end? Have you tried checking it from other computers? If you send me your IP address, I'll contact the people who own the server and ask them what's up.
