Hmmm, pretty accurate.
You'd absolutely refuse to date someone dumber than you, for instance.

Also, a link to Stephen Colbert cracking up. Because you can never have too much Stephen Colbert.

Also, what is this Atlanta Comics Expo in April? It's some spun-off part of DragonCon? Should I go? Thus far it seems that the only interesting guest is Voltaire, and I'm getting sick of stalking him. But I have been lamenting lately that DragonCon is so far away....

I like this article by Wil Wheaton about arcade video games. Reminds me of the Pizza Hut in Puerto Rico when I was nine; I'd get a mini-supreme pizza and a virgin pina colada and play Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as long as my mom would let me, with my brother and whatever random kids happened to be there at the time. Or the old Star Wars game at Showbiz Pizza Place when I was ... eight? and I thought it was the coolest thing ever that you could fly through the trench and blow up the Death Star, and Obi-Wan would say "the Force will be with you, always." *sigh* Wil Wheaton columns always seem to bring up nostalgic memories.

Okay, one more quiz:

Katharine Hepburn

You scored 21% grit, 19% wit, 57% flair, and 14% class!

You are the fabulously quirky and independent woman of character. You go your own way, follow your own drummer, take your own lead. You stand head and shoulders next to your partner, but you are perfectly willing and able to stand alone. Others might be more classically beautiful or conventionally woman-like, but you possess a more fundamental common sense and off-kilter charm, making interesting men fall at your feet. You can pick them up or leave them there as you see fit. You share the screen with the likes of Spencer Tracy and Cary Grant, thinking men who like strong women.

There you are!

The Sex God--of course! Naturally I got the opposite; I'm the clueless romantic.

Oh my goodness, Chen, I've missed you so much! How are you? What have you been up to? How are the girls?

Okay, sorry, I don't mean to bombard you with questions! I just want you to know that I think of you all the time, and I hope that you're feeling better and (*fingers crossed*) that we'll have a chance to hang out again sometime this year.

(PS: My kitty cats say hi! Check out this eeeevil photo of Angel in my icon. ;)

And because the timing wasn't working out, and because we already went to Disneyland together less than two years ago and it wasn't that great. I don't want to spend all that money for Disney tickets when I don't *really* want to go to Disney. There were too many doubts and questions that would be hanging over us and would make it not fun. Besides, we're going to Boston together in March already.

Dude, I thought you wanted to go to Florida and Disney, and you've been talking about it for over a year...that's why I suggested it in the first place since I was going to go already and I thought you wanted someone to go with. There weren't doubts and questions outside of financial reasons on your part, from what I understood--you never said you didn't want to go to Disney until now.

But this works out, because I really don't want to go to Florida on holiday...so, it's all cool.

Well, and the prospect of a lot of driving was really bothering me. In my plans to go, I was always staying as close as possible to the parks (and at a Disney hotel so I could do the extra hours thing). You know how carsick I get... I know, it's lame to let the prospect of having to drive ruin a vacation, but that, plus the costs, plus the fact that I felt like I was imposing, plus I didn't get the sense that you were that enthusiastic... I just decided it would be better to wait until everything was better aligned.
