Heh. What I find amusing about this whole thing is that Marsters is giving Barrowman an SMG-type kiss: closed mouth, tight-lipped, mashy.

But you're right - although I had a few BtVS/Spike flashbacks while watching the Torchwood S2 promo, JM's general real-life unsavoriness sort of obviates any actual delight in the overt slash. Too bad.

I watched the clip, and while I find Barrowman hotter than hot, I can't help but cringe. And did it remind you at all of how Buffy and Spike got off fighting first and then screwing? That's exactly what I was thinking while watching it.

This is so funny...I haven't been a fan of JM's for a coupla years now but I find this clip incredibly hot, and really quite amusing in the way they beat the snot out of each other so gleefully.

I can't beat up on JM, though...I enjoyed being a fan of his while it lasted, had some great times because of it - including meeting YOU! :oD - and I still think he's a pretty good actor.

But damn, that Barrowman is gorgeous...gotta see if I can find Torchwood to rent around here, 'cause I sure as hell can't afford to buy it!

I agree 110%. All it took was me seeing him at one con to totally dislike him. And it wasn't even one where I saw him completely drunk and making out with underage fen.
