Right the meme #1 is from "Kiss kiss, bang bang" and I have watched that movie a million times and that might very well be one of my favorite quotes ever, although I did have to look up what pluperfect meant. (I'm from Sweden).

Yep, you got it. "Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang" is awesome, isn't it? I'm surprised it took so long for anyone to guess; after all, how many movies involve characters peeing on corpses...? And yeah, the dialogue in that movie is awesome. "Pluperfect hell." Hee!
