Loki/Tony fic recs

So I thought I was going to be all about Loki/Thor (which I am, but) you guys I NEED TO READ ALL THE LOKI/TONY, NOW.

New fandom obsessions are fun. :)

Here are my recs; please share if you have more. I am in ~insane obsession~ mode enough that I will even read WIPs. Or gen that has Tony and Loki interacting. Anything.

My favorites:

* Desiderata by stereobone – Loki gets cursed to fall in love with Tony. 30,000 words of goodness! Great characterization, plot, action, and porn–what more can you want?

* Debt by Storynerd – Another 30,000+ epic. :) This one gets the characterization so perfect and the action scenes are fabulous. I love how she writes the characters being drawn to each other, Tony being drawn to danger and intellectually fascinated by one of the rare things he doesn’t understand (magic) and Loki’s underlying emotional neediness pulling him in despite himself.

And others I liked:

* The Loki Problem by elizamechanicka – In which Loki catches a cold that makes his magic go wild. (I read a humor fic! Me!)

* Blood and Mercy by theorytale – Which has lots of tension and characterization and a good mix of ~woobie Loki~ who is also a dark scary villain.

* From a Seed by theorytale – I read mpreg? IDEK.

Part of why this ship works is that they are both self-destructive and made out of ~issues~ but also they are both witty and entertaining and smart… they end up sparking off of each other in so many interesting ways. I’m finding myself reading things I would never usually read, because the characters are so entertaining together.

Ahah, I've written it! Well, implied it, really. But yeah.

I'm guessing you stay in fandom long enough and/or are open-minded enough, you end up trying out all sorts of crazy stuff and it's really amazing the sorts of stuff people come up with and are able to make work. Yay for experimentation and stretching the boundaries of imagination!

Characters/Pairing: Loki/Tony Stark
Rating: PG-13 - NC-17
Summary: A pair of talented craftsmen, proud of their own work, and willing to admit admiration of another’s.
Comments: A truly diabolical plot, humour and great characterization. Did I forget to mention the sex?

Like So Much Shattered Glass by batsutousai
Characters/Pairing: Avengers Movie 'verse cast, Tony/Loki pre-slash if you squint
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Loki thought to break the Avengers, one man at a time, before killing them. His plans had never involved being broken in return.
Comments: Tony Stark is a genius at many things, but successfully transforming a former enemy into a valued member of the Avengers may be a task beyond his abilities.

Rough Edges by batsutousai
Characters/Pairing: Avengers Movie 'verse cast, Tony/Loki
Rating: PG-13 - NC-17 for slash
Summary: Loki has found a place among the Avengers as a member of their team, but he's made a great many enemies in the process and life is never easy.
Comments: Tony and Loki find their enemies/friendship-thing turning into something else altogther, a thing that wrecks Tony's sheets, strains the limits of the team, and brings monsters into the family.
